In this message Pastor Byron teaches from Ephesians 2:1-7, contrasting the spiritual “Death Valley” of life outside Christ with the “Mount Whitney” heights of what believers have in Christ. He explains that apart from Christ, people are spiritually dead and unable to respond to God, but through God’s grace believers have been regenerated, made alive, and exalted to be seated with Christ in the heavenly places—a position of authority over all powers including demonic forces, which means believers have the power to resist Satan’s lies and claim God’s promises.
